I phoned them looking for scrap supplies for a volunteer community project and Mark did not hesitate to help, donating exactly what we needed, exceeding our expectations! Their generosity made a huge impact and was so appreciated! If this is how they treat people they aren't even billing, I can only imagine the care they take with their actual clients. We are a commercial building in Birmingham and had several leaks after a big snowstorm and called in the morning and they came out the same day. They were honest, fast and CHEAP!  They were so nice and fixed the problem on the spot.  I had called another roofing company and they came out and quoted over $4,000.00, which was ridiculous! Highly recommend! Great business to work with.  Outstanding customer service and follow up from Mark.  Pat came out next day to evaluate the roof leak.  Received quote to complete the job within 24 hours and began work the next day.  Pat found other roof penetrations that were beginning to fail and fixed those too.
