Shain Roofing and Sheet Metal Inc. installs, repairs and maintains commercial roof systems across Livonia and metro Detroit. We work on EPDM, TPO and PVC, modified bitumen, metal, built-up and coating systems, with sheet metal fabricated in house. Our customers are the facility managers, building owners and property managers responsible for warehouses and distribution centers, manufacturing plants, office buildings, retail centers, schools and municipal facilities across Wayne, Oakland, Macomb, Washtenaw and Genesee counties.
